Rainy Day Style Picks I Swear By

It’s April so we’re in peak rainy season in the south. I’m talking about hot, muggy days where the rain seems to evaporate as soon as it touches the ground. The wind has still been singing her shrill siren song outside my bedroom window so there’s also that. Apparently the weather has a lot to say on days where the sun is hidden behind grey, puffy clouds.

It’s days like this that remind me that my faux vinly coat has a purpose other than hanging in my closet. It doesn’t get as much wear as my other coats, so I’m always happy to let her feel a little wind…and rain. Also, the only reason I tend not to wear joggers when it’s raining is because I’m a jeans girl through and through.
