The conversation surrounding mental health has changed within the past decade but I’d be remiss if I said that taking care of oneself is easy or necessarily accessible for everyone. As someone who’s been in and out of therapy for 10 years, I still find myself struggling with taking care of myself. However, I realize that it’s imperative for several reasons. This section is meant to serve as a space where I can be transparent yet encouraging because I recognize that not everyone has the same level of support from people in their lives.

Think of this space as part of an ongoing conversation that you may not be ready to have out loud yet. No matter where you are in your journey, I see you and I’m here with you.
